Papaya is the only fruit that is available all through the year. It is pear-shaped luscious and sweet fruit; the consistency of the pulp will be like soft butter. Symptoms of Kundalini Awakening Real Life Experiences & Descriptions of Kundalini Rising share by www.reiki4universe.co.nr

Symptoms of Kundalini Awakening
Real Life Experiences & Descriptions of Kundalini Rising

Are you going through a kundalini awakening episode or experience? Let’s find out…

Kundalini awakening symptoms are truly a very intriguing subject. Really there is no correct answer to the question, "What are the symptoms of Kundalini Rising?", as thankfully, each of us is absolutely unique and thus, on a unique trajectory on the path to Kundalini Awakening. That said, there are some common kundalini experiences that are often reported, which I would like to share with you in this article.

Although we can draw up endless lists of symptoms from third party accounts, I would like to instead make this series about kundalini symptoms that you or I have actually experienced. In this article, I will give a recent account from one of my students about what she experienced shortly after class, and then I will add my own kundalini experiences and observations as well.

In the comments section, I encourage you to add any kundalini awakening experiences or symptoms you have felt, so others can better understand what they might be going through. Here is the recent email I received from my student, Aida:
Aida’s Experience of Kundalini Awakening:

I am a student of the "Gentle Kundalini Class". I just finished taking a series of exercise specifically for the spine.

As I left the class I felt energized as I usually feel after each class, but this time it was a little different, I was feeling extra aware of my surrounding. Like a light turned on. My back was so straight. It lasted all day.

If I could go to class every morning I would go. It makes my day start right in every way. And there are times when I am not feeling like going to class and I push myself to go and do not regret it.

Thank you for being my teacher.
Aida D.

For those interested, here is a link to the Spinal Warmup Kundalini Yoga Kriya we did in class that day. Thank you Aida, for sharing your personal experiences with us.

This particular experience of kundalini is very interesting and significant. This is because it is the common experience of advanced meditation and of kundalini yoga. In the article, Powerful Kundalini Yoga Battles Profound Zen Meditation, I described my own such experience with kundalini awakening, but not from doing kundalini yoga, but instead from doingSilent Mind Meditation!

Aida’s experience points at the two things that all yoga and meditation boils down to. Energy and Awareness.

My favorite description of Kundalini Yoga is, "The Yoga of Awareness," and as you see from her account, she felt more aware, as the energy of kundalini had risen up her spine. In meditation, it is the same. The demand for intense awareness, in order to comprehend the thought process via direct perception, leads to energy (kundalini) rising up and elongating the spine. Awareness then follows.

Jiddu Krishnamurti describes this experience of kundlaini energy flowing up the spine as "The rush of water filling up and thus causing a pipe to stand erect."

When we insist that the spine be straight during meditation, it is simply to facilitate this awakening and thus, to assist in being more aware. I have experienced kundalini rising and puling up with such force, during meditation, that it sometimes make me feel as if I am going to be launched right off the ground or as if it’s going to pull my head off and up into the sky.
Symptoms of Kundalini Awakening:

I am going to describe some of the physical symptoms my students or I have felt due to kundalini awakening. I know there are many emotional and mental symptoms as well, and you are welcome to share those with us in the comments section below. I am grouping the experiences into 3 categories, common, uncommon and rare, according to what I have observed.
Common Kundalini Awakening Symptoms:
Tingling in the body and brain region. Also sometimes described as ants walking, tickling energy or flushes of energy. The brain being flushed with energy is quite pleasant :-).
Heat or cold in the system, or running along various channels and chakra centers.
Fluttering or twitching of muscles.
Pinching or burning in various regions of the body or brain.

Uncommon Kundalini Awakening Symptoms:
Pressure in the Third Eye Region (Ajna Chakra). This is pressure, tingling or other sensation in the center of the forehead. Can go on for years (14 years and counting so far for me). Caution: If the pressure, due to certain practices, intensifies to uncomfortable levels you feel are "immense", you should cease that practice and consult a competent kundalini yoga teacher.
Sudden bursts of energy anywhere in the body. These are almost always short lived, from a few seconds to a few minutes.
Spontaneous yoga asans or kundalini yoga movements. They may come on spontaneously, or they may take over, as if on auto-pilot when one is practicing Kundalini Yoga Kriyas or Exercises (For an example see article: Explosive Kundalini Rising in Class Today).
Kundalini Shakti rising up and elongating the spine.
Incredible feeling of love and desire for your partner (not ordinary lust, alcohol induced or otherwise :-). Usually comes upon you spontaneously, deep in the night. Sex feels like it’s the first such experience and the intense feelings of attraction emanate from somewhere beyond yourself.
Unfortunately, pain in the lower back, back of the neck and headaches.

Rare Kundalini Awakening Symptoms:
Experience of divine light within. Very intense light, usually pure white and incredibly beautiful. I call it the Radiation of the Lord.
Tremendous vibratory energy (sometimes feels like it’s coming from the inner ears). Very blissful, but can intensify to the point where it would completely overwhelm your consciousness if you let it.
Spontaneous bliss, intensely pleasurable.
This one is a bit scary. Complete paralysis of the body. Complete immobility and rigidity takes place. As with the all consuming vibratory energy, it requires some courage to allow.
This one is exceedingly rare. I have experienced it only once in my life, and have only ever read about it being experienced by one other – the master of awareness, G. I. Gurdjieff. The arms and legs churn like that of a baby. It happens naturally and cannot be simulated. It is also intensely pleasurable and quite a remarkable experience.

There are of course a wide range of transcendental experiences, some of which you will find described in the categorySpiritual Enlightenment Experiences. Above, I have provide those that are more commonly associated with kundalini awakening, although many would argue, including Swami Vivekananda, that all enlightenment experiences have to do with kundalini entering the brain region in some capacity.

The Seven Major Chakras

The Seven Major Chakras

The word chakra is a sanskrit word meaning wheel. It is a wheel-like spinning vortex that  interpenetrates the physical body with the outer ends of each vortex forming a specific layer of the auric field. The whirling motion forms a cavity or vacuum in the center that  draws in anything it encounters on its particular vibrational level. It is then processed  and sent to the auric field. The major chakras of the human body are the seven chakras that are aligned along the spinal cord.

Seconday chakras of importance are located in the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, and at major joints in the arms and legs.

First Chakra

It is through the first chakra that energy from the earth enters the suble energy system of the body, an where we would feel our connection with the earth on which we live. It gives us a connection with the life on the planet as a whole, that we are not separate little entities.

It is the seat of the Kundalini, the coiled up serpent waiting to spring. It controls the horizontal section of the body from just below the buttocks to a point just above the sexual organs; excretion and digestion of food.

We must balance this chakra before moving on to the others. Otherwise our growth will be without roots, i.e., ungrounded

Other names: Root, base muladhara, Kundalini (Sanskrit)

Situated: Base of the spine and the pubic bone (but encompasses genitals and reproductive organs)

Color: red

Element: Earth

Area of conciousness: physical body

Also our survival (as an individual and as a planet), our need for world peace and environmental balance.

Key Words: stability, solidarity, unity and form.

Physical organ association: gonads, also the glomus coccygeum or coccygeal body, adrenal gland, the kidneys and the spinal column

Relationship: to the solid part of the body, especially the bones

Importance: location of the kundalini

Attributes: athletic, cares about survival, sensuality, pleasure and power

Governs: perception of the physical world, willpower, motivation and intent

Second Chakra

The second chakra is thought of "that which is itself, that which belongs to itself. It is primarily throught this chakra that we experience the deep feelings associated with physical manifestation: sexual energy, which is also the seat of creativity and the place where we experience that childlike wonder and excitement of things around us. A sense of innocence and wonder (which we sometimes lose because of blockages put on this c. by taboos toward sexuality.

Here we encournter change, for without change, we cannot grow.

Other Names: Sacral, sexual, svadhisthana (Sanskrit)

Situated: behind and just below the navel

Color: orange
Element: Water

Area of conciousness: emotional

Change in that we now moving beyond our understanding of ourselves and realize the awareness of others-desire arises and with it our emotions and sexuality.

Key Words: difference, seperation, change, duality, and movement

Physical organ association: spleen (Peyer's Patches) as well as the kidneys and bladder

Relationship: corresponds to the liquid part of the body-circulation, urinary

Governs: feelings of sexuality and creativity

Third Chakra

The third chakra, located by the solar plexis, has control over the solar plexis ganglia which plays an important part in our relationship to the world and to people, places, and things; our ability to connect and belong and make long term intimate associations; the love of one's home or one's loved as well as feelings of contentment and trust are all associated with this chakra.. (That nervous feeling at the pit of our stomach when something big is bothering you or you feel frightened-or you feel anxiety for no reason at all-often hits here. -or the chakra just above it, which radiates it down to the solar plexus. But they are more steady in the solar plexis, a more dulled feeling-pain, anger, fear, joy.

Transformation to a new state occurs through this chakra's basic dynamic energy and our ability to find a balance between extremes.

Other Names: Solar Plexus, manipura (Sanskrit)

Situated: solar plexus, in the V formed by the ribcage, above the navel

Color: yellow

Element: Fire

Area of consciousness: mental or intellectual body This includes thoughts, opinions, and judgments.

Key Words: combustion, fire, energy, action, power, and will

Physical organ association: adrenal glands, pancreas, liver, stomach as well as the nervous system and the bladder.

Relationship: responsible for the regulation and distribution of metabolic energy

Governs: emotional issues and issues of personal power

Fourth Chakra

The fourth chakra, the heart chakra, controls the physical body from the area of the collar boens to a point about 2 fingers above the solar plexis. There is a psychological gap b/t the 3rd and 4th chakra, a crossing point. Here a person meight begin to recognize that "self" is constantly changing as it adapts to a constantly shifting spectrum of possibilities in life. The heart chakra is associated with compassion, healing. Green is considered a healing color. Opening the heart chakra, according to Leadbeat, allows a person to sense energy fields and atmospheres. Yuo can also project energy to another person through this center. (My heart goes out to you-could be almost literal.) It is through the heart center and the "3rd eye" center that a person can project rays of energy out to antoehr person. The thymus gland, an actual pehysical gland located just above the heart, has an effect on the body's immune system.

The heart center is the regulator of a person's emotional life. If it is blocked in any way, then emotions will be distorted.

The task of this chakra is to integrate and balance the realms of spirit and mind with our physical body (matter).

Other Names: Heat, anahata (Sanskrit)

Situated: midway between shoulder blades (over the sternum)

Color: Green

Element: Air

Area of conciousness: astral body

This is the first level beyond 3-dimensional matter. Here we have the bridge between the dimensions of matter and the dimensions of spirit. Although we may refer to the "lower chakras" as being concerned with mankind, and the "upper chakras" as being concerned with spirituality and God, each chakra is no less imprortant than the other. For instance, the first chakra has a number of frequencies (all with the Red vibration), ranging from very low to very high. The goal is to rise above a chakra's lower frequencies into its higher ones.

Key Words: love, compassion, balance

Physical organ association: thymus gland (immune system), and the heart, blood, circulatory system, immune system, and the endocrine system.

Relationship: to the heart: -to love as a state of being

Governs: love, compassion, and unconditional acceptance of others

Fifth Chakra

Fifth chakra- the throat. It is associated with the element Akasa -relating to things ethereal. It controls the portion of the physical body from midpoint of the nose to the collar bones. Once activated, we become conscious of our mental body(lower are physical, etheric and astral). By activating this chakra, the person becomes aware, for the first time, that the internal worlds are real worlds. The throat chakra also controls that the internal worlds are real worlds. In addition, the throat chakra controls a person's ability to express himself or herself creatively and effectively and controls facial expression and the non-verbal. It gives a person the confidence to say no, to disagree in a reasoned way. Fear is transmuted so that one is not afraid to express himself fully in all situations.

Here we have the realm of conciusness where communication occurs, whether that be within ourselves or to and from another.

Other Names: Throat, visuddha (Sanskrit)

Situated: throat area

Color: blue

Element: Sound

Area of consciousness: etheric body

This etheric body is the template for the physical body, and represents our potential for perfection.

Key Words: sound, vibration, communication, and self-expression

Physical organ association: thyroid and parathyroid glands, lungs, vocal cords, and bronchial apparatus.

Relationship: the throat area where sound is created

Governs: communication, expression of thoughts and feelings

Sixth Chakra

6th chakra-the eye of wisdom. This chakra is sometimes identified with the pituatory gland, the master gland. This is the third eye. In this center, a person harmonizes the opposing energies, and balances the yin and yang. A person experiences himself in the fullness of the "I Am," the union of the selves.

The chakra has control over seeing, not only in the physical sense but in the mystical sense. Intuitive seeing, clairvoyance and other forms of knowing and the paranormal are part of this chakra. It controls all higher mental activities. Also, through the power of a person's mind, he can create new realities for himself on the physical plane. The person activating the th chakra would be concerned with things beyond earthly goals, which divert many people from fulfilling their Dharma.

The essence and function of this chakra is to "see" in the sense that we accept that complete vision will include both darkness and light.

Other Names: Third Eye, Brow, ajna (Sanskrit)

Situated: center of head, behind forehead

Color: Indigo

Element: Light

Area of consciousness: celestial body

It is here that we have "sixth sight," or the ability to "see" by way of clairvoyance. We use this chakra for visualization, receiving insight or inspiration.

Key Words: intuition, imagination and clairvoyance

Physical organ association: pineal (althought some believe ti is the pituaitary gland)

Relationship: the storehouse and viewing screen of all visual input from our two physical eyes and our "third eye" (the etheric organ of psychic perception}.

Governs: spirituality and the search for meaning in life, instuition, visualization

Seventh Chakra

7th Chakra-at the crown or just above the crown. The merging of the self with the all. This chakra represents our belief systems, both conscious and unconscious.

Other names: Crown, sahasrara (Sanskrit)
Situated: top of head
Color: white (some believe violet)

Element: Thought

Area of Consciousness: ketheric body

This chakra is associated with the spiritual realm. Here is where we merge with God, the All That Is.

Key Words: enlightment, knowing and cosmic consciousness

What is Kundalini reiki share by www.reiki4universe.co.nr

Kundalini Reiki is what makes our life dynamic and consistent .The energy that flows through its subtle channels in order to empower the individual to develop higher states of consciousness. Responsible for all these channels through which spiritual energy flows through the human energy field is the so called "coiled one", Kundalini, which refers to the potential energy located at the very base of the spinal column.

Difference between Reiki and Reiki Kundalini

Both Reiki and Kundalini Reiki are focused on a vital healing force, able to empower the patients with energy healing and self-development experiences. While Reiki healing energy comes from a higher external power so as the Reiki master can guide this vital energy to the painful section of the body in order to allow for faster and more efficient healing, Reiki Kundalini is an inner force, being focused on the Root Chakra. Before this healing energy is guided to the patient's body, the major chakra energy centers and channels have to be opened by Kundalini practitioners so as the access to the Universal Energy Force is achieved.
How does Kundalini work

One of Kundalini Reiki's most significant energy centre is the so called "root chakra", a portal for the Kundalini healing force. Along with the "Kundalini fire", which stimulates the whole process of healing, the energy runs all the way up through the body, crossing the main chakras up to to the Crown chakra, located on the top of the head. The seven chakras are as follows: crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, spleen and root.

Kundalini And Hindu Mythology,

By: karmafire
Written on December 5th, 2010

Kundalini is an ancient Sanskrit word derived from the root word kundala meaning coiled or spiraling with "ini" added indicating it is feminine. Referring to a female energy that remains coiled like a snake at the base of the spine until it awakens.

According to ancient Hindu religious teachings and yoga science, it is the force in the human organism responsible for sexual activity and is the path to higher consciousness. In Hindu mythology the Kundalini is often described as a serpent that sleeps at the base of the spine and, when aroused, darts upward, bringing enlightenment or sorrow. Kundalini is also believed to be connected with certain psychic powers, known to yogis as Siddhis.

Kundalini is the dominant spiritual energy in all human beings, that is awakened through spiritual development. After awakening, this energy is the dynamic force behind meditation.

The male and female forces are represented in the balanced Ida and Pingala subtle channels.

Everyone uses Kundalini power to think with and to maintain consciousness, but it very seldom rises up the central spinal channel of Sushumna beyond the first center.

According to Joseph Campbell the Hindu Mythology equates the male with the moon and female with the sun. It is opposite of the Western point of view. If you go back to the Greeks and beyond the female as Sophia was the Goddess of all forms. The male god was born from the mother of all. We held on to this a tiny bit with the Mother and child as depicted in the Madonna imagery of the Roman Catholic Religion. Essentially what I am trying to convey is that there are two aspects of life. There is a feminine power and a masculine power. Each one is significant and essential to gain spiritual understanding.

The knower and the known...

The Hindu moon is he and she the sun. Every shining moment of the moon is because of the sun. He is born from her, dies into her and is resurrected again from her. It is the dance- man and time and space. Yes he is the god, but she is the field that provides form. They are each equal. His desire is to know, her nature is the known. He must pursue her because his duty is to journey into the known- to awaken to the nature of forms- her journey comes naturally forth from her nature- she is nature, the cycle of birth and death is in her- life and death happen each full moon- the egg of life flows from her as all possibility of life flows from the source. Mystery bleeds out of her and she desires the he to find her, to seek her, to enter her, and be one, the knower and the known.
---------------------------------------------------

Higher intelligence source

The history of Reiki Kundalini is closely related to Mr. Ole Gabrielsen, the man who first brought this spiritual healing practice to this earthly plane. An example of meditation and sacrifice, strong willed and equipped with a bright mind, Mr. Ole Gabrielsen spent endless hours in meditation with a higher intelligence form called Master Kuthumi.

Master Kuthumi is essentially an apparition that only comes to those whose quest for absolute knowledge and attempt to overcome the tendency towards intellectual arrogance and self-sufficiency are combined with hours of meditation and study.

Master Kuthumi is the Chocan of the Second Ray, also known as Koot Hoomi or K.H. He is connected to the Crown Chakra and The Temple of Love, Wisdom and Understanding.

All these hours of meditation empowered Ole Gabrielsen to gain access to the Universal Energy Force, a vital force that allowed him to capture the meaning of the Kundalini practices and the knowledge to make them functional.

Foot Reflexology works by applying pressure at specific points on the bottom of the foot. This is not the same as acupressure or acupuncture.
In fact, the only thing that is the same is that medical science can't prove how it works...they just know it does!!

There are over 7,200 nerve endings at the bottom of each foot. Nerves connectto every organ, every limb and region of the body through the brain and spinal column. It is thought that foot reflexology works in much the same way. Even though we don't actually work the nerve endings, the correlation of the bottom of the feet to every region of the body definitely exists. It was originally called "The Zone" therapy in the early 20th century and was successfully organized into a comprehensive therapy by a physical therapist, Eunice Ingham in the '40s. She coined the term "reflexes" when referring to this therapy.

Foot reflexology can increase the blood flow to the part of the body being worked, which in turn increases the oxygen going to that part.

The increased blood flow helps take away toxins that build up in each cell of the body each day.
This brings more health and vitality to the region plus adds a sense of over-all well-being. When our feet feel good, we feel good!

Learn to do foot reflexology to help your family and friends feel better! Get helpgetting your body back to its' natural state of health by teaching your family todo foot reflexology on you!

Please realize that foot reflexology is NOT a substitute for medical treatment, you are always encouraged to seek professional medical help when needed, however, this therapy can be used in conjunction with most treatments for most conditions.

Please, if being treated by a medical professional, get that professional's permission before doing foot reflexology for that medical condition

How to cope with feelings of loss and grief share by www.reiki4universe.co.nr

What is grief?

Grief is a natural response to the pain of a loss. That loss may be due to the death of a loved one, divorce, or betrayal. Grief can also be experienced while processing the loss of a way of life or the idea of a future a person had expectations for. By its very nature grief is personal and differs from person to person as to its intensity, cause and timetable. There is certainly no right or wrong way to grieve nor is there a set time when it is finally over.

Symptoms

A person with grief may feel like they are going crazy, have deep and profound feelings of sadness, anxiety, or numbness. There may be a loss of interest in things they use to enjoy doing, as well as experiencing slowed thinking or forgetfulness.

Guilt and anger: the guilt may be from regrets or even from feelings of relief (such as when a person dies after a long illness). Anger may be directed at oneself, God, or at the person for abandoning you. Remember, anger is not right or wrong, good or bad — it just is.
Physical: sleeplessness, weight loss, pains in different areas of the body including the chest and abdomen, headaches, nausea, and crying. However, a lack of crying is not a signal that grief is not present. Each symptom is individualistic and a parameter for what could take place, not what will take place.

Suggestions on how to deal with grief and loss

Remember your physical health. Getting enough sleep, eating right, and exercise is crucial for dealing with the difficult days ahead. On those days when curling up in a fetal position may seem like all you want to do, try throwing on some sneakers and take a walk around the block or in the park. Take a kickboxing class. Try swimming. Physical exertion helps release intense emotions.

Journal. There is no right or wrong way to do this. If you are worried about revealing intense and angry emotions, thoughts, or feelings you are having even onto paper think of it as a black journal that you will give yourself permission to destroy later. No one needs to read it, not even you. But the very act of focusing and organizing the myriad of feelings enough to give them voice will aid immensely in the healing process.

Serve. Getting lost in service may help to bring meaning back into life where it may have been temporarily stripped due to the loss.

Give yourself permission to grieve. It is OK to hurt, to cry, to be angry, or to not be consolable for a period of time. Grieving is hard work, pain is inevitable, and time is always necessary.

Take it one minute, one hour, and then one day at a time. Tell yourself, “I can do this!” and that you can get through that particular moment in time. It does get easier.

Talk it out — with someone who has been through something similar, with a best friend, a spiritual leader or mentor, or a mental health professional.

Join a support group. You don’t have to go this alone. People sharing the same type of grief can buoy each other up and give a different perspective.

Cleave to the spiritual. Loss can cause some people to question their previously held beliefs. If you are religious, turning to more meaningful conversations with God or a deeper study of scriptures can bring an immeasurable amount of comfort. It may not remove the pain or even lessen the grieving process, but it can bring a depth and strength to a person’s spirituality as well as personality.

Avoid isolating oneself or abusing substances in an attempt to numb the pain. Pain from loss can be intense but it is doable; you will survive and, with time, that intensity will lessen. Attempting to avoid the pain will only delay the healing process.

Don’t underestimate the power of humor. Laughter can be a very cathartic experience and humor, if handled properly, can assist with the grieving process. It is not a sign of disrespect for the memory of the loss but is a healthy way to deal with the intense feelings that arise when the world has been turned upside down.

Expect to work. The grieving process takes time, patience, and a lot of work. It cannot be skipped, ignored, run away from or shut out. Despite the temptation to avoid the messiness of grief now, that grief will eventually come out and will need to be dealt with at a later date — and it won’t necessarily be any easier. Some things you can’t go around, you just have to go through.
Postpone any major decisions for a year. Move your furniture, change your hair color, find a new gym, but avoid large life-changing decisions like moving to a new house or switching jobs. Avoid the strong temptation to throw or give away reminders of your loss — at least right away. Box things up if you need to and rent a storage unit for a year. Many regrets later down the road can be avoided by simply allowing for some space and time.

Loss is never easy and no one has the right to judge how it should or shouldn’t be handled. It may feel like you will never be happy again, but over time life will return to what will feel like yournormal. Take a deep breath and go easy on yourself.

Why People Visith Kumbh Mela

Kumbh Mela - The Largest Congregation of Humanity

Kumbh Mela is the largest concentration of religious gathering in the world. It’s held once in 12 years this festival is a must visit during a trip to India.

Disburden Sins and take a Dip Make a Wish

According to Hindu mythologies, this is the only time and place in the world where a person can disburden his sins and achieve 'Nirvana' from the vicious cycle of birth and re birth. Take dips in the holy Ganges that is said to wash away all the sins of a person. Light a Diya and make a wish, they do come true.

Surrender to Peaceful Activities

Taking dips three times in a day, attending yoga classes, listening to the divine lectures and participating in the cultural programmes are just a few of the activities that one can enjoy during the famous Kumbh Mela. Travel to Kumbh Mela and experience the inexperienced.

Significance of Kumbh Mela

Kumbh Mela is not just a mere festivity like Diwali and Holi, but holds lot of importance for people in India. People look up to Kumbh Mela with highest regard, as this event gives them a golden opportunity to liberate themselves from the miseries and sufferings of life. It enables them to take a holy dip in the sacred water and wash away all the sins they have committed in the past. People come from different parts of the country to be a part of this sacred ceremony. It is believed that taking a holy dip in water paves way for attainment of Moksha.

Rig Veda has a mention about the significance of convergence of river Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati at Prayag or Sangam.

References can be found about the significance of this ritual in Varaha Purana and Matsya Purana as well. There is a belief that the ashram of the learned Bharadvaja, where Lord Ram, Laxman and Sita lived at the time of their exile, was situated at Sangam. It is said that a number of saints including the great Shankaracharya and Chaitanya Mahaprabhu visited Sangam and observed the Kumbh Mela. The great Indian epics such the Ramayana and Mahabharata have mentioned that a yagna was conducted by Lord Brahma at Sangam.

Sacred Bath in Kumbh Mela

Bathing in the holy river on the auspicious occasion of Kumbh Mela is the most important activity for millions of people in India. A large tented city is erected and pilgrims stay at tents owned by Pandas (religious and spiritual guides) and at various ashrams. Others will just camp on the ground or turn up for the actual bathing day. Some of these bathing days are designated "royal," and it is on these days that the naga sadhus (naked mendicants) parade and bathe. On other days there will still be people bathing and other events and random processions.

Rituals Performed at the Kumbh Mela

The main ritual performed at that Kumbh Mela is the ritual bath. Hindus believe that submerging themselves in the sacred waters on the most auspicious day of the new moon will absolve them and their ancestors of sin, thus ending the cycle of rebirth. Pilgrims start lining up to bathe from around 3 a.m. on this day.

As the sun comes up, the different groups of sadhus move in procession towards the river to bathe. The Nagas usually lead, while each group tries to outdo the others with more grandeur and fanfare. The moment is magical, and everyone is absorbed in it.

After bathing, the pilgrims wear fresh clothes and proceed to worship by the river bank. They then walk around listening to discourses from the various sadhus.

HOW DOES REIKI WORK BY REIKI MASTER VIJAY KUMAR BALI SHARE BY WWW.REIKI4UNIVERSE.CO.NR

                                                    How Does Reiki Work?
                                  www.reiki4universe.co.nr

We are alive because life force is flowing through us. Life force flows within the physical body though pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body, supporting them in their vital functions. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes diminished function in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body.

type of energy is depend on our Action of many lifes, in other word we are doing same as our karma guiding us if we have good karma we will get positive vibration from super power system or if it is negative we get negative energy from super power system and due to that our life move or suffer and happy.

born to death all thing happend preplaned by our karma but there is only one technic which can control energy world and it is possible if we capable to generating the positive energy and control the negative energy and this is possible by many decade sprititual practice or shortest way is learn reiki, attune by reiki. Reiki is shortest way in spiritual science which can control the karma action that reason we have need most today. we should practice everyday 15 mint to clean and charge our actions.

The life force is responsive to thoughts and feelings. It becomes disrupted when we accept, either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field and cause a disruption in the flow of life force. This diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of the physical body. So as soon as our energy block we get sick and block in many area of life. So being an intelligent human we need to work for the both areas of life physical world and spiritual world. Spiritual world give energy to body, mind and soul and physical world used it and get more progress and clean the negativness of life and world.

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
